2008 Boot Camp Junior Staff Online Application Form

Anyone who is ages 18-20 can apply to be Junior Staff for 2008 Boot Camp. Junior Staff will arrive on Thursday, July 24th and will be responsible for assisting chaperones, perform special skits throughout Boot Camp, facilitiating prayer and other events.

Please fill out the online form and submit all required information. The answers to the questions and essays can be typed directly into the comment fields or uploaded as a Word or PDF file via the upload option. Use the "browse" button to find the file on your computer.

3 letters of references are needed for all Junior Staff. Please upload reference letters as a Word or PDF file.

When you have completed all fields, answered all questions and essays and uploaded all documents press the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.
