Deposit Refunds:
Deposit is non-refundable unless another paying replacement is found. Due to lodging limitations the replacement may have to be the same sex as the person canceling. If the person canceling is a chaperone, then the replacement must also meet Safe Environment requirements.
Trip Balance Refunds:
Remaining balance is due January 7, 2012. After January 7th, payment is non-refundable unless a paying replacement can be found. Replacement may have to be the same sex as the person canceling.
