Convert-to-Life - Ministry Updates February 2006 - 41 women chose life for their babies, with 34 hopeful turnaways. - Year-to-date saves: 74 babies in 59 days. - 31.6 % of 2,143 clients going into the six abortion centers accepted literature from counselors on our watch! - Project 100 had 11 empty shifts resulting in no coverage in front of abortion centers and several days with only 1 counselor. Please Volunteer! January 2006 - 33 women chose life for their babies, with 34 hopeful turnaways. - 28.4 % of clients going into abortion centers and 30 % exiting accepted literature on post-abortion help from counselors on our watch! - Nearly 200 prayer warriors were at Fairmount on the Roe anniversary - Project 100: Goal to cover 100 killing hours per week. January averaged 93 % coverage. December 2005 - 36 women chose life for their babies, with 26 hopeful turnaways. - Totals for 2005: 359 saves and 294 hopefuls. - 29% of clients going into abortion centers accepted literature from our counselors on our watch! - Gave an appreciation dinner for 32 sidewalk counselors at St. Rita. - Project 100: Goal to cover 100 killing hours per week. December averaged 88% coverage. November 2005 - 36 women chose life for their babies, with 19 hopeful turn aways. - Totals year-to-date: 323 saves 268 hopefuls. - 31.9% of clients going into abortion centers accepted literature from our counselors on our watch! - Project 100: Goal to cover 100 killing hours per week. November averaged 87 % coverage. - Project 100: Goal to cover 100 killing hours per week. This month’s average: 86 %. - Held three sidewalk counselor trainings at Holy Spirit in Duncanville, University of Dallas, and Gainesville, Texas, resulting in a total of 25 newly trained counselors - Project 100: Goal to cover all 100 killing hours each week. In August, we reached 100% coverage the first 3 weeks of the month with the help of high school students that attended YFL's SCAT. The September average was 83% coverage. July 2005 - Fairmount has cut back abortion appt. hrs from 25.5 to 19.25 per wk, a decrease of 6.25 hrs or almost 25%! June 2005 - 28 women chose life for their babies, with 37 hopeful turn-aways. Totals year-to-date: 176 saves, 163 hopefuls. - Project 100: Goal to cover 100 killing hours per week. Average coverage this month: 94%, thanks to the college interns. (For the first time coverage reached 100% in one week!) May 2005 - 12 people participated in the 2nd Saturday Rosary at North Park Medical Group. - Project 100: Goal to cover 100 killing hours per week. Average coverage this month 88%, thanks to our college summer interns. - Fr. David Colella said a special Mass at the White Rose for all counselors on May 7th. April 2005 - 47 attended Quarterly Mass and Procession to Planned Parenthood on April 16. - Project 100: To cover 100 killing hours per week. Average coverage this month 70%. - 14 attended Sidewalk Counseling training on April 30; 27 sidewalk counselors attended 1st quarterly Pot Luck Dinner, all at St. Monica March 2005 - 18 women chose life for their babies, with 32 hopeful turnaways. Totals year-to-date: 75 saves, 70 hopefuls. - 19 people attended the 2nd Saturday Rosary at Routh Street abortion center on March 12. - "Project 100" goal is to have coverage at abortions centers for all 100 killing hours per week. Average coverage for March: 88%. - 40 people attended the Good Friday Stations of the Cross at Fairmount abortion center. |
