Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?”  "Here I am," I said; "Send me!”  - Isaiah 6:8

The Dallas Faithful are declaring "Here I am; Send me!" in response to urgent the call to stand up for God's children.  Friend of Life, will you be among them?

In addition to the 24/7 prayer vigil outside the Southwestern late-term abortion center, 40 Days for Life-Dallas is organizing an Outreach Saturday on October 1 to bring the pro-life message to the neighborhoods surrounding the abortion facility.  The purpose of the outreach campaign is to reach out to the community at large to educate them about 40 Days for Life and the tragedy of abortion.

Participants will meet Outreach Coordinator Carrie Jones and fellow 40 Days for Life-Dallas team members on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 8:15 a.m. in Harry S. Moss Park, 8000 Greenville at Royal in Dallas.  After some simple instructions, participants will split into teams of at least two to distribute pro-life literature about 40 Days for Life to the surrounding neighborhoods (literature and maps will be provided).

The outreach component of 40 Days for Life not only responds to God's call, it can be one of the most rewarding ways to participate in the pro-life movement.

"Although I was nervous at first, my heart was soon set on fire as I went door to door in my neighborhood asking people to pray for an end to abortion.  Every person I encountered was respectful, and I was blown away when many of my neighbors signed up to pray for an end to abortion.  Some of them were even thanking me for the work I was doing!  It was so encouraging to see so many smiling faces shining back at me!"  - Testimony of Outreach Participant
