At this year’s Christ Child Christmas Gift Market & Brunch, we will celebrate and honor our GEMS graduates as they receive scholarship awards, marking a major milestone in their journey toward independence, stability, and hope.

The Christ Child Market began as a joyful way to celebrate the Advent season while supporting the mission of life. Rooted in the spirit of giving, the Market brings together local artisans, vendors, and pro-life supporters for a festive day of shopping, fellowship, and family fun.
The Market – 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.
The market is free and open to the public. Shopping opportunities include small business vendors, raffles for fabulous prizes, bakery items, and unique holiday centerpieces and table décor.

Father Wade Bass is one of four children and was raised in the Presbyterian faith. His entire family was received into the Catholic Church in 2002. He graduated from Boston College with a degree in communication and entered the seminary immediately upon graduating.
Father Bass has served as a priest of the Diocese of Dallas since May 2018. He was parochial vicar at St. Monica Catholic Church from 2018–2020, chaplain and director of Catholic Campus Ministry at Southern Methodist University from 2020–2024, and, since July 1, 2024, has served as the pastoral administrator of Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Allen.
