Facilitated by Jeannette Goodman, B.A., M.E.C. Ed., who will discuss the normal expectations of pregnancy, labor and delivery, as well as nutrition, fetal development and risky behaviors.  She will also cover post-natal care for both mother and baby including practical tips for feeding, bathing, and caring for your newborn.  Light lunch included.  Please arrange for off-site childcare, but infants are welcome.
