To sign up for this year's Boot Camp Jr Middle School day camp, please complete the form below (a new form must be submitted for each child). Your registration is incomplete until payment had been made. (You can pay for multiple children in one transaction.)

Cost per youth:

• Early Bird Discount: $100 (Until April 28th)
• Full Price: $150

Registration closes 5/31/2023 or when camp is full

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND:

• Must be entering 7^th or 8^th grade for the 2023-2024 school year
• Must be present for the entire duration of camp June 12^th-16^th
• Notarized release form (due 1 week prior to camp).
