Charity & Justice Advocacy Day in Austin

Tuesday, February 17, 2009
Advocacy Days offer Catholics the opportunity to visit with their State Senator or Representative in Austin and to communicate their concerns on issues and bills of concern to the Church.  If you have never advocated for legislation or visited the state capitol, this is the perfect opportunity to do so.  High school seniors are encouraged to come and experience being a part of the political process and making their voices heard.  The advocacy issues are identified by the Bishops of Texas.  For more information, contact Andrew Smith, 972-267-LIFE (5433) x304, or asmith@prolifedallas.org.
