God will continue to do amazing things through us, if we but let Him!  Today, I want to ask you -- what is God calling you to do as a Servant of Life?  To learn about opportunities to participate in and possibly help lead the Fall 40 Days for Life-Dallas campaign, please join us every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the NEW Birth Choice pregnancy center, located at 8604 Greenville Ave., Suite 102 (NE corner of Greenville and Royal, inside the same Royal Creek Office Suites complex where Southwestern is located).

I ask you to please pray about what role you, your family and parish might play in this life-saving campaign.  40 Days for Life-Dallas is a group effort that relies on the generosity of all our local faith communities.  It depends on you and those close to you, all of whom make up the Body of Christ, standing up to be advocates on behalf of the precious unborn.  While you are discerning how you might serve this effort, please consider the following positions we are looking to fill (some of which may be filled by a couple of people):

• Prayer coordinator: responsible for encouraging the Body of Christ to pray and fast before and during the 40 Days for Life campaign.
• Vigil coordinator: responsible for the peaceful presence in front of the Southwestern late-term abortion center, including keeping a list of all vigil volunteers, recording contact information from Statements of Peace, and maintaining schedules and substitute lists. 
  
• Outreach coordinator: responsible for organizing and coordinating the community outreach activities including a door-to-door petition and education drive.
  
• Event coordinator: responsible for planning and organizing the Kickoff Rally, Halfway Rally, and Victory Celebration events.
