| *The Texas Equal Access Fund raises money to subsidize abortions for poor/minority women in the North Texas area. This money is going directly into the bank accounts of abortion centers throughout the North Texas area. In 2008, the Fund provided funds for 724 pregnant mothers to obtain an abortion. 47% of these mothers were African American, 19% were Hispanic. 46% of the mothers were between the ages of 12 - 22. There will be a peaceful protest using graphic signs of babies killed by abortion, outside the venue where this fundraiser is being held. |
