• Where is the Bishop's Dinner? At the Renaissance Dallas-Addison Hotel. The hotel is located north of Belt Line Road and west of the Dallas North Tollway. (15201 Dallas Parkway, Addison, TX 75001)
• Where is parking?  Valet in front of hotel for $10.00 or FREE parking in the garage
• What time is check in?   5:00pm
• How do I find my table number? You'll receive your bid paddle along with Table Number when you check in.
• Where is check in? In the main lobby first floor
• Is there wine/beer to purchase? Yes, cash bar on 2nd floor, up the escalator
• Where is are the Wine Pull, Jewelry Pull, Heads and Tails, Raffle Tickets?  On 2nd Floor, up the escalator
• Will I be able to purchase Raffle Tickets, Jewelry or Wine Pull, or Head's and Tails Tickets there? Yes 
• How do I pay? You’ll receive your bid paddle when you check in and that will be linked to your credit card for easy payment at the end of the evening. Check or cash will also be accepted at the event.
• Where is the Ball Room/Dinner? On 2nd Floor up the escalator
• What time do doors open for dinner in Ball Room? 6:00pm
• What time does program start? 6:30pm with dinner in Ball Room
• When does the program end? Approximately 9:00pm
