Silent Auction opens at 5:00 p.m., followed by the banquet at 7:00 p.m.
Texans for Life works to end abortion through education and lobbying to change the law. Keynote speaker this year is Ruben Quezada, Director for the Catholic Resource Center and St. Joseph Communications. He is the author of the popular book For Greater Glory: the True Story of Cristiada, the official companion to the 2012 film of the same name, the story of The Cristero War and Mexico’s struggle for religious freedom. Ruben Quesada is a recognized expert on the persecution of the Catholic Church in Mexico in the 1920’s and has traveled internationally as a speaker on this subject. Mr. Quezada will autograph copies of his book for sale. Individual ticket price is $30 until October 12 and $35 after that. Tables seat eight guests.
