This class will cover the basic steps of how to perform CPR in an emergency followed by practicing this life saving technique, how to recognize the signs of choking, common items that are choking hazards, along with practicing what to do in the event your child is choking. The class will also include a discussion about SIDS & how to help reduce the risk of it happening to your infant.
A light lunch is included. Please arrange for off-site childcare, but infants are welcome.
