Description:  This class will help you to address & deal with wounds that have deeply hurt you whether physically, mentally, emotionally, or psychologically.  Somewhere you got stuck in the memories of it all-whether lived, witnessed, or experienced.  All of us are impacted by trauma & how we respond to it from the past, present & future experiences whether private, public or community.  You will learn how both adverse childhood experiences & community environments have impacted you & carried over into your adult life.  While you can’t change what happened to you, you can change how you view it – have a different mindset for the greater good in your life.

Presenter: Dr. Joyce Raynor, Certified Anger Management Specialist II through the National Anger Management Association.
