Project Gabriel provides practical help to a woman who has chosen life for her unborn baby.  Help comes in the form of a Gabriel Angel who supports the mother’s choice for life through prayer, ongoing friendship and encouragement, and referrals to parish/community resources.  Mothers who request a Gabriel Angel are referred from the White Rose Women’s Center, Birth Choice, Angels Clinic, local Christian crisis pregnancy centers and maternity homes, parishes, and the 972-BABY-DUE 24/7 help line.

As a Gabriel Angel you will bring hope, comfort, and friendship to a woman in your community during her pregnancy.  Your support witnesses to the value of both the unborn child and the mother who chooses life for her child.

A Gabriel Angel training will be held on two Saturdays, February 18 and February 25.  Both sessions are mandatory.  New Gabriel Angels will be commissioned at the 5:00 Vigil Mass on February 25.  All meals and materials are provided.  (Continental breakfast at 8:00 a.m.)  In addition to Project Gabriel, Session I will feature a visit to the White Rose Women's Center, and Session II will feature more information on the Catholic Pro-Life Committee GEMS program.

Como un Ángel Gabriel usted traerá esperanza, asistencia y amistad a una madre necesitada durante su embarazo. Su apoyo tanto al niño aun por nacer y a la madre que elige darle la vida a su hijo atestigua al valor de la vida humana. El próximo entrenamiento de los voluntarios Ángeles Gabriel será impartido en dos partes el sábado, 18 de febrero & el sábado, 25 de febrero, de 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., en la Iglesia Católica de San Pio X, 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd., Dallas 75228, en el cuarto 403 (en el segundo piso del gimnasio). Un desayuno ligero será servido a las 8:00 a.m. Los nuevos Ángeles Gabriel serán comisionados con una bendición especial durante la Misa de Vigilia del 25 de febrero a las 5:00 p.m. No hay cargos por asistencia y los materiales serán proporcionados.
