Chaperone Application

Four to eight chaperones (two males and two females) are needed for the Youth For Life Texas Rally for Life Pilgrimage to Austin. General responsibilities will include supervision of the youth, enforcement of the trip rules, and implementation of Safe Environment policies during the trip. The acceptance of chaperones is based on the size of the group.

Proof of Safe Environment clearance is required with your application. You must be cleared through the dates of the event, January 23, 2022. If your clearance shows that you will require an update prior to January 23, 2022, the update must be performed prior to your acceptance as a chaperone.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Safe Environment cleared
  • $75 chaperone fee
  • Attend mandatory training on the evening of January 8, 2022.

You will be notified regarding your acceptance as a chaperone. You cannot be accepted without a completed Safe Environment clearance. Once you receive confirmation of acceptance, you will be sent a link to pay the $75 chaperone fee.
